Original passport before Interview

can any body tell me that if embassy ever asked for the origianl documents before interview? bcz in my case embasy has asked everything original. my whole indentification docs are in us consualte. they asked my original passport, birth certificate, two additional documents showing the indetity. i have not got any infrmation about the interview date yet and my whole ID docs are in US embassy.

You have already submitted documents there, Yes? How long ago did you submit these docs?

All Embassies and Consulates vary, but if you already submitted a packet of documents with the Identity stuff recently, you should be in very good shape.

This does happen naturally in some Embassies. Jakarta, is one exactly like that.

Thanks for the kind reply. Yes! We have submitted the original documents including many supporting documents like birth certificate of our child from my finace, pragnancy letter from dr about fiance being pragnant. lololol yea we are one big family even before we got to usa. lololol
