Hello all,

My fiance received her Packet 3 last week which from my understanding includes DS230i, DS156 and DS156k forms along with some medical questions. She will try to scan all papers and email them to me so I can look them over.

My question is do we fill out ALL the forms? I understand the DS156 and DS156k go together, what about the DS230i?

Also I thought she takes the relationship proof with her to the embassy but on one of the forms it says to attach these proof items. The instructions she received tell her to take the relationship proof stuff with her to the interview.

I wonder if we could move this to the K1 Progress reports...This isn't really a consulate question, it's a question about the DS forms :)

US Embassy and Consulate Discussion

You are almost there and now you have to deal with the embassy. This is the place to post your experiences or questions related to this last step before moving to the US. Topics relating to I-134's, packets sent from consulate and medical & police certificates should be posted here.

Packets sent from the consulate consist of the DS series of forms
