Hello everyone,

I have interviw for AOS on January 27. I would like to know what documents should I bring. Should I bring copy of I-485 and orginal documents that I send with I-485. Do I need another set of passport pictures. I'm married to US citisen and we have 2 kids together. Since I don't have SSN everything is on his name. We are together in USA for 5 years and married for 3 years. How many family photo should I bring. Do you have any advice what should I bring, please let me know. Do you know what questions are asked and can we bring kids to interview.

Thank you very much!

To be on the safe side - bring what you sent - in case they require originals - you will not need passport pictures.

Nice selection of photos of the family life would be nice.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Wouldn't hurt...

(if it doesn't cost anything, why not?)
