Doctors Appointment before interview ?

Hi

I already asked this on the general K1 forums, but someone pointed out to me that maybe I will receive a better answer in the China regional forums, so reposting here

My fiance (beneficiary), in Guangzhou, China, received her Packet 3. We went through it back and forth and cant find anything about the doctors appointment. When will this be required and how will we receive the information ? Will it be send to her with the interview appointment letter ? Or did they simply forget to include this in the forms ?
