I have seen this question on part 5 of form I-864 addressed in other threads and forums, but nothing really addresses my particular situation. Just for clarification (by the way, I am an American living with my Thai wife and son in Thailand):

21a) 01 (I am sponsoring my wife)

21b) 1 (myself)

21c) 0 (I am currently married and sponsoring my wife. I have read elsewhere that I should write 0 so as not to include the same person twice. Is this correct????)

21d) 01 (We have a 1 year old son who has dual citizenship: US and Thai)

21e) 0 ( I have a daughter in the US who lives with her mother who has primary custody -- I pay child support and we have a visitation arrangement though her primary residence is at her mothers)

21f) 0

21g) 02 (I will be moving in with my two brothers who share a home with me in the US -- My father is going to be a joint sponsor though I may have my brothers compete an I-864a in order to cover every angle of the income requirement)

21h) 05 (In all reality, there will be 5 of us living together who I would consider a "household")

Just want to make sure I get this right the first time. Does this look okay???

Also, my father makes well-above the income requirement and has agreed to be a joint sponsor. Should I have my 2 brothers who share a household with me complete a form I-864a as well? They are both students and work part time. I am an English teacher in Thailand. With our combined income we make just slightly above the income requirement.

Will immigration even consider my income since I have been an ESL teacher in Thailand for about 4 years? Obviously since I am moving back to the US I will have to quit my job here and find a new one once I am back in the states.

No, it would be 1 for you... 1 for your wife, 1 for your child and 1 for your other daughter (since you are still responsible for her financial support via child support.... Total would be 4...

Unless you are financially responsible (legally) You do not have to count your brothers as part of your household, They would however be counted on your fathers 864 if they are under age and supported by him... If they are over 18 and file taxes, then they are financilly responsibile for themselves and would not be counted as dependents of your fathers... You did not indicate how old they are... But regardless, the "household" size refers to financial responsibility... Not necessarily the amount of people living under one roof...

NO, income MUST continue for it to be considered... However it will help to show capacity to earn.. .But your dad will be the main sponsor...

So would it be helpful if I included among my documents a copy of my university degree or possibly even my resume (this shows a capacity to earn)... or line up some form of employment, at least on paper, that I may or may not actually accept when I return?????
