Do you know when the Philippines embassy is open again

I just called at 8:00am monday January 4th Manila time and it says they are closed for the holidays, so I wasted 1 call for my $18 and they said you only get 2 calls for your $18, that is so unfair.

I would think the holidays are over with.

I made over two dozen calls with that PIN service. Don't worry you'll get cut off after what ever they said. I suggest you get the number inside the Embassy to the area where they process the K1 VISAS. Often times the service center doesn't know what's up with your case. Go to the source. You may get a lot of busy signals but it's worth the wait.
