For my evidence I have photographs, copy of hotel reciept, a copy of my intenary (unfortuatlly no borading passes).

I have a copy of VISA stamp with the entry stamp, and renewal for the first 3 months I was in Ghana. The second pages of stamps are unreadable for the second two months I was there. (There is an exit into Togo and return into Ghana- therefore renewing my stay but none of them can be read) Should I include a copy of them? On the first page there is no exit stamp for my return to the states, it is on the second page, I even know the day I left and can not read the date! I can read the entry stamp back into the USA.

If I enclude a copy for the bad stamps in my passport should I include a letter stating entries, renewals, and exits?

Thanks for your advice!!!

Your passport with stamps will be sufficient - the itinerary is not useful, as anyone can simply get one typed up (doesn't show you actually went there).

The other items, photos, receipt help your case.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

So the one entry and one exit that can be read should be okay? (I know I have to show we just meet once).

Will the USCIS care the there is a gap on what i send because of the mess of stamps? (it looks like I overstayed in Ghana)

I think the bad ones would cause an RFE more then help our case becuse they stamped on top of eachother- its a mess :(

I believe you will have no issues with the info you have.
