It would be a good idea to have her go get a NSO CENOMAR to make sure everything is recorded.

Copy of final Divorce Decree(s) or Certificate(s) for the US Citizen and/or foreign fiance(e) if either has been previously married. If the previous marriage of the US Citizen and/or foreign fiance(e) ended due to the death of their spouse then include a Copy of Death Certificate(s) documenting that fact.

Not many pinay have the money to afford a annulment. Lots of phony ones in PI these days.

Best to make sure before you get started. No problem if the OP had it done.

Take it from me...It has to be a copy that says it was filed with the court. (whether it is on special paper or have stamps from the court saying it was filed) A standard photocopy WAS NOT good for me and CSC.

God'sgift--If you don't mind my asking--is there any particular reason you revoked the approved petition and are considering refiling the petition at a later date?

you definately have to submit the annulment with the application, but I am curious that she actually has one already?? because I just paid for one for my fiance this spring and it cost me over $3000, and very few filipinos can afford that.. and you dont have to submit the childs birth cert with the application, but you do have to file his name and date and place of birth on the form. They will ask for the childs info from her when she interviews. Of course it would be a good idea to mention her child in your letter of intent also. Good luck
