Missing original RFE yellow letter after transcription

Ill be mailing back my I-693 because we received an rfe a few weeks ago... we did my transciption yesterday and I cant seem to find the yellow rfe letter now :crying: ... i cant remember if the lady at the clinic give it back to me or put it inside the sealed envelope...

was your yellow rfe letter put inside the sealed envelope or not? and was given back??

PLS HELP! :crying: :crying:

My suggestion would be to ask the lady at the clinic. Maybe she can remember.

The lady wont be in until next week :(

To those who had their medical done was the RFE letter put on the sealed envelope or was it returned back to u???

Hello, in my case they didn't put it inside the I-693 envelope. I gave the photo copy of the RFE letter to them since I read it that it's necessary to give the yellow letter with the responds. So I was the one who put the yellow letter into another envelope with the respond.

Yeah better to ask the lady, but too bad you will wait again...but maybe she read that part , sending the respond with that RFE letter.

How far away is the CS? Is it close enough to where you can go back & have them reseal it?

Also, I appreciate your post as it lets me know to definitely make copies as soon as we get the RFE in the mail (hopefully today).

From the sealed envelope i can see thru a bit of a yellow paper inside... the lady in the clinic gave me a copy stapled together with my I-693 copy and never returned the yellow letter to me so im assuming the yellow letter is inside the sealed envelope...

anyways i thought ill just include a copy of the original rfe yellow letter with the sealed envelope with an explanation that the yellow original rfe letter wasnt returned back to me by the doctor and im sending a copy jsut in case...

i hope i wont get another problem... this is very stressing...
