Please spend some time reading the I-864 instructions and refer to the example form here on VJ. You are having trouble making the distinction between the USC petitioner and a co or joint sponsor.

The petitioner completes a form for themselves no matter if another sponsor is needed. YOU ARE THE PRIMARY SPONSOR. The instructions explain what you may have to supply if you do not have any income and/or tax forms.

The co/joint sponsor completes their own affidavit of support and supplies all needed information and documentation.

You will have two affidavits of support to submit. One for yourself. A separate form and supporting documents for your sister.
