i have an appointment todat to see a civil surgeon im going to bring my immunization card and my some paperwork that i got from my medical in germnay with me and these paper work are all in german.. say i go and they fill out all the i-693 and seal it when im ready to to send that with my AOS paperwork what type of proof should i send with the i-693

If you are just having your vaccinations transferred - that is all you need. You may need to get it translated into english - if the CS cannot read it.

I would also suggest you take the paperwork (passport) showing that you came here on a K-1 (so you can show you had the full medical within the last year).

so if the CS can read it and he fills out the paperwork just send what he gives me and being that they can read it i dont have to translate it???
