Hello everyone. I just received the interview appointment letter (in my email) for my son's IR2 Visa application. My questions are...

1. Is there any pocket that he will get before the interview? Is the appointment letter is all he needs?

2. Aside from the appointment letter, is there any other requirement(s) that he needs to bring with him before he can proceed to get his medical?

I will appreciate any informations/replies that I can get.

Thank you :)

Take the following 3 items with you for the Medical Exam:

(1) Appointment Letter

(2) 1 passport photo size (2x2 in or 5X5 cm)

(3) Interviewee's Passport and a photocopy of biographical data page

Good luck!

Hi jan23, I recently filed my application for IR-2. I submitted the I-130 application along with the $355 fee, copy of birth certificate of my children, copy of my naturalization certificate and copy of my marriage certificate as evidence of name change. I am still waiting for NOA1 and I am hoping I submitted sufficient documents, otherwise it will delay the process.

It will be great to hear feedback from other IR-2 petioner, please give us more inputs. Thanks!
