Dear Kymber22,

There is no harm, if you submit all the forms at the same time. If you married to an US citizen then you're fine.

Check in the VAWA forum where you can gather lot of information about VAWA. it was started by user LostinNJ.

Don't worry.

:bonk: You are fine filling I-360,I-485 and I-765 concurrently if your spouse or your ex-spouse is a US Citizen but why are you filling I-131 ? Its a bad idea filling I-131 because it might back fire against you, should in case they approved your I-131 and you traveled with it outside the United States and your I-360 got denied all together with your I-485 while you traveled that will make you inadmissible when you are returning. They won't let you in into United States because when they denied your I-360 and I-485 they will revoke your I-131 as well just like when you filled I-485 and I-765 concurrently they will approved your I-765 because your I-485 is pending but when they denied your I-485 your approved I-765 will automatically be revoked as well because its connected . my thoughts for you will be this...Don't travel out of the United States until your I-485 is approved to be on the safe side. Good Luck !
