Does anyone have an example of the letter that they got from their employer for the I-134? I'm not sure exactly what it needs to say. I know the information it needs, but how detailed does it have to be? Could it just say "So and So has worked here since mm/dd/yyyy, they make $ an hour, and we expect to keep them employed indefinitely?

Thanks in Advance

I believe we found the format we ended up using somewhere here on VJ, but I can't find the link now so I'll just copy from the files I got on my computer. It's a fairly simple one, but it certainly did the trick for us!

This is what we used:

Letter of Employment

(Your address)

(Name and address of work)

Date

To whom it may concern

(first name, last name) has been employed full-time with the XYZ Company since 200_ as a (title of your job), and is an employee in good standing with an annual salary of $XXXX.

Signed,

John Doe,

Supervisor (or whatever title)
