I assume I have my fiance sign all 4 copies of the 325 right? I was just wanted to make sure because I wrote them... And she signs the letters of intent for her and I sign all the letters for me and the I-129F right?

We're going to send out our I-129F package today! Any last minute tips?

Pray that it will go smoothly!

Print out the checklist - check your submission, then make sure you have a photocopy of everything, even the check.

That way - you won't spend sleepless nights wondering if you signed the check for the fee....

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
