I read we should prepare a new intent to marry for the embassy what address should I add to it? Also our interview is on jan7th should that for the date?

Embassy 1201 Roxas Blvd., Ermita 1000, Manila should be fine. I'd date the letters for the day you write/sign them (just close to the interview date is fine).

You can prepare a new letter of intent but on the interview date, the Consulate didn't ask me for such (I had that ready though and my then fiance, now husband, has also sent one).
