Print mistake in Visa

We recently got my wife's Visa for US (L2 visa). Expiry date and other details on the visa are correct except the Gender. Instead of Female, they printed Male in her visa. Though, passport first page says gender as Female.

We have her flight to US booked in 2 days and dont have time to get it corrected (We dont have US consulate in our city). My question is, can we fly to US and complete Immigration without any issues with this mistake in the visa (and get it corrected later)? What should I do, please advice!

I would sugguest you get it corrected its huge blunder by the Embassy but its your duty to report the mistake to them. They will correct the error and return the pasport 2 you.

My sister's student visa was also marked with a wrong gender. We took it back to the embassy and the new one was issued in 20 minutes. The wrong visa was stamped with Cancelled without prejudice red stamp.
