Hi all,

If this is in the wrong forum, I apologize...I think this is the place to put it.

Anyway, my wife's AOS was approved last December and we've since moved into a house...filed the AR-11 online for her and did my address change form through the mail. I got a confirmation for mine in the mail within a few weeks, never heard anything on hers. We ended up calling Customer Serivce, and they weren't able to find any confirmation or confirm any address on file (helpful!). The man advised us to submit the form online again. This time, we've saved the confirmation number at the bottom....but we were wondering...is there any way to confirm that this change has been done? Thought we were done with these people for a while.. :crying:

Any words of wisdom would be very much appreciated.

Same thing for us. The way that finally confirmed it had been updated was my wife's ROC reminder letter coming to the new address. I sent the AR-11 receipt along with the ROC package and got it back with instructions to mail it to Kentucky address.

For peace of mind you may just want to print out the AR-11 form and mail it to the Kentucky address.

I had to do something like that as well. Send another AR-11 via mail, with a notice on top saying SECOND SUBMISSION. You should get a confirmation from USCIS. And do not forget the USC has to also file an I-865 to inform os the same change of address. Keep copies of everything.
