Hello to all of you.

Recently, I just got on the mail a note from I-485 telling me that they got the application for AOS and $1010.

I put everything including the bank statements.

But right now, I just put my name into my mother's bank account (now we both use that account).

I also have my own bank regular checking account which I had since 2002. But it states that if I go below $1,000 daily balance, I will be charged, while with my mom's checking account, there is no maintenance fee or charge.

I want to close my regular checking, and use the one with my mother.

Would this affect my AOS for my wife? Any complications?

ps. originally I was born and raised out of USA, so traditionally the only son even married still lives with parents ;)

Thank you all.

With the I-485, no relationship evidence was required to be submitted other than proof of marriage... so not sure why you submitted everything including evidence that even to you might find to be questionable...

FWIW, banking information is only one type of evidence.... the final answer will depend on the quality of all the evidence you have submitted and how the USCIS interprets it....

YMMV
