Anyway back to my questions, Does anyone have any advice on how to write the appeal? Lawyers keep telling me I can do it myself (a.k.a. they are too busy to help me) but I don't know how to write Part 3. What kind of information are they asking for?

As has been advised before, you should consult a very qualified immigration attorney. Such an appeal is something I would not recommend doing by yourself. Your situation is somewhat more complicated, and if an attorney is telling you to write it yourself, he's not doing the job you're paying him/her for. So we have been talking to lawyers for the past 2 days and every one of them told us "It's impossible and a waste of time to send in an appeal. You should cut your losses and go home"

Well that's a lie... there is one lawyer who says he will give us advice for $200 an hour or send in our appeal for $5000. I am thinking that with only one lawyer saying that and about 4 saying its impossible..... sounds a bit fishy to me
