Hi all our situation is that my petitioner lost her job "due to economic cercumstances" about 2 weeks before we got our NOA2 and i have recieved my packets 3 and have been holding off putting it in until she has got a new job and she just started a new job this week, the job is well over the 125% needed for the petition. My question is do we get her to do another advicate of support form for me and i know there is another form her employer has to fill in and does she send these forms to me and i put it in with my packet 3 cause the employer will be different from employer in the original petition or is there some other way about doing this? any help is appreciated thanks all

The sponsor would want to obtain the "employer letter" from the new job along with as many of the pay stubs from the new position as possible and update the I-134 as needed. The letter and pay stubs won't be needed until the interview.
