Hello All,

Correct me if I am wrong but photos are only needed for the petitioner and the fiance when initially filing, (129F, etc.) not children, right?

Thanks,

Barry

what photos you talking about? You will want to take some to the interview at the consulate too . You will want to show that you have some sort of relationship even though you are thinking about the k-1 visa. The more evidence you have of an ongoing relationship is good.

That is correct. Your fiancee and her children will also need lots more photos before it is over, but for you, just the one time.

Correct, your child needs only to be listed on the I-129f. You won't need passport photo's for the child until it gets to the consulate.

With the petition you will need to include evidence the two of you have met in person, this is correct. Photos should be included, we included ONE photo of us together.

Passport photos...Only ONE of you and ONE of your fiancee. Your fiancee and her son, will later need 3 passport photos for the medical exam, 2 passport photos for the police certificate (her son is exempt from this if under age 16) and two photos for the visa application at the consulate when she has her interview. after they arrive, you will need more for the AOS process. Start smiling, you will need LOTS of passport photos in the future
