We received an email from the NVC in mid October saying that in one week they will send our case to Juarez consulate, after that message we have not received any notification from any. I have been trying to contact them but I am end up confused and with the non-helping answering machines. How can I contact them? The case number that we have says is not found, is like our case was erased from the map. We sent 2 inquiries to NVC and none have been replied.

Anyone in a similar situation?

Thank you

On my NOA2 - it said "if it has been more than four weeks since you received the approval, and you have not received notification that your petition has been forwarded overseas, please call NVC at (603) 334-0700"

I was able to get in touch with an operator there and she gave me the current situation on our petition.

It appears its been more than four weeks for you so call it up.

Best of luck!

05-21-2009 filed I-129F (check was not cashed for quite some time)

08-21-2009 contacted Senator's Office

09-01-2009 Petition received, NOA1 sent (finally)

10-09-2009 Petition approved, NOA2 sent

10-16-2009 NVC received

10-26-2009 NVC sent back to USCIS((( their reason: a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you

No RFE has been sent or received, no updates given, all trails end with recording or operator/officer who says must wait 180 days

1-26-2010 this will be the 90 day mark of the "review", I was told I can call back and issue a formal complaint if the case has not been touched by this date.

Still, we keep hope alive - I love her so much for staying strong.

Looks like Ciudad Juarez is working slow my packet was sent at the begining of October and still waiting for the interview date. I just call them and they told me to call again at the end of December looks like they are pretty busy with the holiday season.

You should call Ciudad Juarez Consulate at 1800-919-1754 have your credit card ready the cost is $7 per call.

Have your case number it start with CDJ2009...........

Good Luck!

You need to ring NVC, K1's are not in the automated phone system. You need to speak to an operator.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
