I am just putting together my forms now to send off to the embassy soon. All the forms are filled out and ready to go, but had a quick query regarding the photo for the DS-156.

Do you have to attach the photo when sending the form back, or do you take it with you when you go for your interview?

It also mentions on the embassy website that you need 3 passport photos. I know one is for the medical, but what is the other one for, and do I send it in with the packet also, or again, just take it to the interview?

Also, they state that DS-156 and DS-157 must be completed in duplicate, again, is this sent in with the package now?

Do you recommend I send these forms in now, as they are ready?

I am just waiting on my police certificate, which I should get next week, and the rest of my IV 5 checklist is complete. Should I just send it all in together, or is it worth sending forms in now?

Appreciate any help, cheers guys

You need US sized passport photos for the interview (no need to send in with the forms) and a US or UK sized one for the medical.

For the copies, I'd send two copies to them and have an extra copy for yourself...

Send it all in together next week after you have your police certificate and have verified that all the information contained is correct.

Thankyou so much! When I called for the medical, they let me know that it could be a regular uk one, which is great, as I have only 2 US passport photos!

(p.s. Loving the fact you met at Harry Potter convention!)
