Well its official -- my package is MIA.

Someone in Mississagua read my postal code as M1 inistead of M2. The supervisor said on the phone that I could have mistakenly written M2, and I said no, I know what I wrote and I checked it three times and had my fiance check it too. And how can the person assume its M1 when its written TORONTO. Of course, she didnt say anything.

I am just hoping that the delivery message "attempting to redeliver" happens tomorrow. I mean seriously, from Scarborough to TO, I hope it wont take long. Apparently I also cant just pick it up from their Scarborough depot as "intercepting mail is a crime". #######.

Note to everyone whos interviewing tomorrow, write everything in FRIGGING #### BLOCK LETTERS. Or print out your address with those label stickers from the computer.

Im happy for everyone who got their visas of course though right now I am f*cking #### bitter.

My flight went up 1000 dollars.

You're not the only bitter one.

Its common knowledge that prices for flights go up 100x if youre booking the day of or day before your intended departure.

Finally married... and still married... ;)

Apparently it's not common enough

Though, the flight out today was still really cheap, so I don't know.

Well, I guess if I have to fly out Tuesday, I have to.

I dont know how I'll get to the airport since I have a dog, but... I guess I'll figure it out.

Wow that is Bad.

I guess some people still put Toronto even when they live in places that are sort of not Toronto. Like, as far as I know the entire Mxx postal block is Toronto now. North York, Etobicoke, East York, etc. So evidently CP goes by postal codes only. Which.. is kind of dumb. I'm so sorry this happened. Keep us posted on how this gets resolved. Hang in there. You are understandably bitter. I would be too

And I concur with whoever said really they should require totally real time tracking and a class of high priority mail that DEMANDS a signature. It's horrible how much I've read that CP just shoves these incredibly important documents in mailboxes.

My package was scanned in Montreal and then the only other event logged was "Delivered" -- an hour or more after it was actually delivered. Which is better than being logged before actually being delivered.

I actually live in Toronto/North York I guess. Since I live in Yonge and Finch Ive always put Toronto as my city though technically its North York. I have never had a problem.

And I guess Mxx is like the GTA because how else would they think its Scarborough.

I really dont know what to do now. I cant even leave the country.

Thank you. I really need a miracle for this to get sorted out.
