We moved from Dallas to Austin on the 10th and I have a question about the AR-11 form. What do I mention on the Port of entry and Date of entry into the US. I entered on 03/13/2008 on K1 visa originally but made a trip to India in sept-oct 2008 (had my greencard by then). should I put the date I originally entered or the date I last entered? Thanks in advance

Don't forget the sponser needs to file too ! http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-865.pdf

AR 11 online as well as I-865 by mail.

This is usually the date you originally entered. So, that would be 3-13-2008.

congrats on the move to my beautiful sister Paru. Put down the original date of entry. And don't forget t his chica:

1. YOU submit AR-11 (either online or via mail)

2. HUSBAND submits I-865
