Rescheduling interview

Hi,

My fiance has her interview on November 6th.

She still has not received her packet from the embassy.

I wrote the embassy on October 30th requesting to reschedule her interview.

I thought that I would get a response by today. But, it's a holiday in Russia.

She has not been able to gather the required documents for the interview.

And her son is ill right now. Caught something at kindergarten:-((

What experiences have you had rescheduling interviews?

A week before Alla's interview, when she still hadn't received the formal Adoption for the little one, I merely emailed them explaining the situation and they responded within three business days with the new date. Print out the email to give along with the invitation letter (if you get one) to present at the Embassy.

They will resked you to the back of the line as if your petition were newly arriving.

And you can download the documents from the Embassy website and get started now.
