i think i know the differences now. MOS-MED-ENGL-0001-0903.pdf is a older one as it still has AO "MEDITSINA", which i believe in no longer accepted by american embassy in moscow?

if anyone could clarified this, i gladly appreciate it :)

I AO "Meditsina' is no longer authorised to do the med.exam for K-visas. Though it's still on the paper that they send from the Embassy (that 'yellow envelope' with interview invitation).

Here is a link to the Moscow Embassy info - http://russian.moscow.usembassy.gov/physicians.html it's in Russian.

You follow what the Embassy posts on their website. Meditsina lost their accreditation on Oct 1; they may get it back some time after the new year.
