Is it fine to have the medical at St. Lukes ahead of time even though we don't have the packet/mail coming from the USEmbassy and interview date yet as long as we can provide the copy of our NOA2 and NVC mail? :unsure:

definitely YES. me and our baby boy went there for advance medical,this are the things i brought with me

1. My passport

2. Gabbys passport

3. 2x2 pictures (4 pcs white background) for me

4. 2x2 pictures (4pcs white background) for gabrielle

5. NOA2 for me (Copy)

6. NOA2 for gabrielle (copy)

7. IV bill for me (printed from the internet) for case number.

8.IV bill for gabrielle (printed from the internet) for case number.

9. Immunization records for me

10. Immunization records for gabrielle

11. P20,000 for medical fee for me and gabrielle.

FYI: it is better to go for an early medical because you never know, incase theres problem it gives you more time,so it does not cost so much delay.

A lot of our fellow Vj'ers do that, you are good to go, especially if you know that you will not be delayed with NVC because you know you will not have an RFEs.

June 29, 2009 - sent packet I-130

July 9, 2009 - received NOA1 (thanks God)

Sept. 9, 2009 - received approval email from USCIS thru CRIS

Sept. 14, 2009 - NOA2 hardcopy received by husband

Sept. 18, 2009 - case number assigned (NVC process starts)

Nov. 4, 2009 - CASE COMPLETE @NVC!

Nov. 13, 2009 - interview date assigned by NVC

DEC. 10, 2009 AT 6:30AM

re scheduled DECEMBER 1, 2009- INTERVIEW - white slip (passport and medical results from st. luke

Dec 14, 2009 - VISA received

Dec 21, 2009 - USA arrival (POE - San francisco)

Jan. 6, 2010 - SSN received

Jan. 7, 2010 - 2 years GC received

Definitely yes! I did the same also because I was so worried that I might encounter a problem with my X-ray result and we want to minimize as much as possible the possible delay. X-ray result turned out ok and the whole process went smoothly for us. I hope it will for you also.

i just wanna ask if ur baby has done also the medical at st. lukes? coz someone told me that the baby is no need to be medical, is ur baby has a u.s passport already? i was just confused coz i dont know what to do, my baby is just 1 month old and im filing a crba for him.

April 19, 2013 - submit the form I-130

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

So how early can it be done? Just wondering because i know my wife will want me to be there with her if i can. I plan on being there in february and i will be sending in the I-130 this week. Thanks.

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Hi Im just curious about the IV BILL is it the docs that NVC going to sent you when you need to fill out for the choice of agent or there is another docs NVC going to sent. Im planning to do advance medical this week? I printed my case number from internet is it the docs you telling from number 7?

Since you are doing the CRBA your baby will have a US Passport and no need for a US Immigration Visa so there will be no need for SLMEC Medical either.

Since you are doing the CRBA your baby will have a US Passport and no need for a US Immigration Visa so there will be no need for SLMEC Medical either.

I just want to ask if I can go medical without my vaccination record? My hubby got paid the AOS is it okay to do advance medical eventough without the IV Bill yet? Thankz for the responce.

Hi,

its recommendable to have an early medical exam nearly your Case Completion.

Medical result is only valid for 3 months. If it expire before your interview, you need to repeat it again.

2009-13-06: I-130 sent at Chicago Lockbox

2009-16-06: I-130 delivered to Chicago Lockbox

2009-19-06: NOA1 receipt date

2009-22-06: Received NOA1 (hard copy)

2009-22-06: Check Cashed
