I love NCIS, been a faithful viewer since its start as a JAG episode. NCIS Los Angeles definitely has potential, but it hasn't quite hooked me yet the way NCIS has. For one thing, the Hetty character just doesn't do it for me. Gibbs is a man I could trust to lead me to the Gates of Hell and back (ok, bit of an exaggeration ), can't say that about Hetty. I don't think there has been a task that Gibbs has sent his agents on that he couldn't perform just as well. I don't get that with Hetty. I find it hard to believe so far that she is the type of person to have risen through the ranks to earn that position. I think Linda Hunt was a much better fit in shows such as The Practice.
