I am new here, and I do have the questions about I-130, my husband is a prisoner and we had married recently in June. I have some questions about filing I-130..

1. He don't have any income to support me, so can he find his family/friend to be my sponsor? If so, we should file I864 or I864A?

2. He is incarcerated, can we waive the filing fees?

3. About the photo, can we submit the photo he took in the prison before?

4. How long does it take after we send out the application form?
