Filing I-130 for multiple family members

We will be filing DCF next month in London, and I have a question about multiple applications.

I am a USC and my husband a UKC, as are his two children (my stepchildren). I know that we need to file an I-130 for each of the three of them, but when it comes to order of documents, I'm not sure what to do.

Do I submit the required documents for each application separately? So, copies of everything three times?

If so, do they have to be mailed separately? I wouldn't think so, but you never know with these things.

Each application is a separate package and needs to be complete in itself so the answer is yes each application needs it's own copy of the required documents.

When I filed for my wife & stepson I prepared each application separately with their own payment check also. I then typed both cover letters listing the contents of each packet and paper clipped each packet together.

I then included both packets in the one envelope for delivery to USCIS.
