I like the bad stuff, unfortunately. Like the nestea one that comes in the can? I'm not very picky when it comes to soft drinks. In university I lived off slurpees for awhile.

Oh I agree with you there. Really, the sugary the drink the better! I especially love Fanta but Bill thinks its gross and tastes like orange syrup.

haha I heart tang.

I blame it all on my parents. When I was growing up, we weren't allowed to have pop. So, I was on a steady diet of orange squash, water or milk. Every once and awhile when I was ill my mum would let me have a ginger ale. It was like liquid gold.

Once I started growing up, and I found pop, this was really when I moved out of there house...I couldn't stop drinking it.

"...My hair's mostly wind,

My eyes filled with grit

My skin's white then brown

My lips chapped and split

I've lain on the prairie and heard grasses sigh

I've stared at the vast open bowl of the sky

I've seen all the castles and faces in clouds

My home is the prairie and for that I am proud…

If You're not from the Prairie, you can't know my soul

You don't know our blizzards; you've not fought our cold

You can't know my mind, nor ever my heart

Unless deep within you there's somehow a part…

A part of these things that I've said that I know,

The wind, sky and earth, the storms and the snow.

Best say that you have - and then we'll be one,

For we will have shared that same blazing sun." - David Bouchard

Okay. I never claimed you were five years old and that you were "THAT foreign." So you know the difference between "sweet tea" and "iced tea." Congratulations. Want a cookie?

I was writing what I know and was used to in the United States. That has no bearing on what you -- or anyone else -- may or may not know.

If you don't like that or feel I was somehow "insulting" you, then that's your problem. I wasn't doing that and I can't be held accountable for however you may interpret my post.

You were telling me what the difference was like I didn't know. I didn't say you called me 5 years old, I asked you not to treat me like a baby.

I think no one has picked a fight with you for awhile over your strong opinions so you got uber defensive.

Cheer up charlie. It's a f*cking internet post. I certainly don't have time in my life to even give a ######.

In reference to the original "iced tea vs sweet tea" comment, I think you should know I wasn't actually speaking to you, but hey... if it makes you feel better, think whatever you want.

By the way... if you were trying to pick a fight with me, that says little about your maturity. If you don't want to be treated like a child, don't act like one.

Yes, I'm acting like a child. You got me.

Continuing with the thread...

I find PG Tips at Cost Plus World Market or Stater Bros here in Southern Cali. Thanks to my Brit parents, to whom tea-less-ness is akin to certain death, I am usually well-supplied with Marks and Spencer extra strong teabags from England or Dilmah, which I drank in Canada and love.

Has anyone seen Dilmah in the US?
