Please help me on these questions.

I'm a US Citizen. I would like to bring my married daughter to USA. However I'm a disable person. I can't go to work at all and make no income. So..

1>Can I petition my married daughter?

2>Can I use my family, relative or friend income for the Affidavit of Support?

And my married daughter have a baby 2 year old....

3>Do I need to file a separated form I-130 for my daughter husband and the baby too?

or I just file out 1 form for my daughter and include her husband and the baby on the same application.

1. Yes, a US citizen can petition for a married daughter. File Form I-130. It takes about 9-10 years.

2. Yes, any US citizen or resident over the age of 18 can file the Affidavit of Support for your daughter.

3. You do not file separately for your daughter's husband and child. They are included in the I-130 for your daughter. Her husband and child are derivative beneficiaries - meaning they will get visas only if your daughter gets one.

Thanh you very much aaron2020

I was afraid that I can't file for my daughter because I'm disable and the government will consider my relative as a public charge.

Now I'm so happy. Thanks
