Hi,

I'm assembling my application package and am now filling out the I-130. It's asking for my I-94's expiration date. There isn't one - I guess the official inspecting me missed filling that out. It only has the type of my visa (F1, now expired) scribbled over the stamp. What should I put on the I-130?

Thanks!

Are you on a student visa/f1? then check your I-20. depends when your course will end. let's say your class started last July 2008 then the class will end on July 2009, then you have to put the date July 2009.

By any chance does your I-94 say D/S (duration of status). If so, just put that in place of a date.

It indeed says D/S.

Thanks for the quick replies, km24 and JERIII, it's much appreciated.
