Are you sure the email did not state that you case is PENDING at the office to which is was transferred. Make sure, then would be definetly mean good news.

I copied and pasted it right from the update on the USCIS website. I am hoping that they mean the CSC but with my luck we will have an interview.

Well I will cross my fingers for all of us If I hear anything at all I will let you all know too.

I am just glad I am not sitting here thinking I am the only one that cannot translate these silly emails into English

I'm almost certain you guys will get good news very soon without an interview.

Look at me, we have never been transfered and last touch was 8/25 but I continue to trust in god but I'm only human it is frustrating at times.

Well we sure have had our share of that. Last year we were stuck in NVC, on a K1 which was practically unheard of then, for nearly 7 weeks. I was hoping things would go a bit quicker for the AOS...silly girl

Hi all. We sent our paperwork in and it got transfered to CSC. Today we got an email saying the following:

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Does this mean it has been transfered to a local office or is it still in CSC?

I had the same thing and just got an approval on 10/14

but still waiting for the kids approval

We got the same email last night. Our case was transferred to CSC in July.

It says: "Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred."

I'm hoping it means that an approval is near. If it was transferred again, I think the status would say transferred.
