Does anyone know whether Jerusalem is an appointment or standard post? I am in the US, and my wife is in Israel, we are applying for CR1/IR1. What I want to know is if she will have to send the DS-230 plus documents to NVC, or will she just present them at her interview?

She has to Sign part 1 then send it to NVC. then they send it to the embbesy after you case is complete and she signs part 2 there.
