I am back asking again.

How must I organize me and my fiance's photos to be presented during the interview?

Is it all right to glue them on paper?

The printed pictures don't have dates but they were taken five months ago.

hi Fae..i dont know how to set my camera with a date on it so when i had them printed out, twas with no date..so what i did i pasted them in long sheet of bond paper and label them ...telling what the pic was all about, where and when each pic was taken..as per reading they said we have to avoid makin it too bulky or placing pics in an album for it wont fit the glass window (no idea how small/big it is though..just visualizing it in my mind) ...

since my fiance was here recently, i made a separate clipped sheets (using paper clip) for his recent trip (3rd) to PI with everything on it...from pics to boarding passes, receipts of rings etc..including his delayed baggage claims at NW Air.. ;) apart from that I also have other separate clipped sheets for our old pics together during his first 2 trips...with same procedure done - describing the pics, the date and place where it happened,,,its easy access for u to use bond paper....u can pull out anytime the excess sheets in case its too thick...well thats my opinion..i dont know if others will agree...just yesterday, i saw one VJ member who made it during her interview and i saw her K-1 dox preparation in YouTube..almost the same...

good luck Fae..btw,,we are on the same boat,,i dont have yet the letter from USEM..just the email will do...hopefully to bring home the famous pink slip on the 5th of nov....i wish us both good luck and to others who will have their medical and interview soon....

I had mine without dates also .. so I put them on the captions instead ..

i.e.

Eric and Lorie at the hotel. Binangonan, Rizal - August 2008

You can glue them on an A4 size bond paper, mine fits 3 pics each page, you would have to overlap on the corners but it won't be that much - back to back (so 6 pics per paper)

pics.jpg

make sure that the clear folder you'll use has NO ring binds ..

Use this:

Clear-Book-Sheet-Protector-File-Folder-NL-F015-.jpg

Use the 10-sheet clear folder of that kind, it would fit around 60 or so photos. Everything will be bent through (examine image below) so it's never advisable to use ... ugh .. well - hard stuffs (scrap books, photo albums etc.). The above fits and bends perfectly ;)

Good luck!

I just put our pictures in plastic zip lock bags...there weren't even any labels on them.

I gave them a stack of colored photocopies of the proof/evidence of genuine marriage. The originals I had with me in the plastic binder if they asked for them.

I am back asking again.

How must I organize me and my fiance's photos to be presented during the interview?

Is it all right to glue them on paper?
