Hi everyone like I said I'm sorta new and most def. learning. One questione I do have is what's Igor's List and what if I don't find my case on there? Does that mean they haven't touched it or have they "lost" it, or is it just sitting somewhere????? :(

Hey,

If you filled out your time line you should be able to find your name on Igors list. Go to "Immigration Time Lines" at the top of the page. click on Igors list and then fill out the search for your service center and date of NoA1 and then look for your NoA1 date then you and your S/O's name. It will let you know approx. how long you are in line to wait. But some ppl do not fill out their time lines or they abandon their accounts and it not completely "Dead on point" accurate but will give you the gist of where you are at in line for adjudication.

"Touch" means anytime USCIS looks or moves your petition package. It may because they are adjudicating it or they moved it to another part of the building, pretty much any time they touch it. You can tell when you have been "Touched" by logging on to your USCIS CRIS account and look at the part that says "Last Updated" then if the date is different then your NoA1 date, you have been "Touched". I never got a touch or anything during my wait.

Good luck.
