Hello all,

I have a few more questions to ask, my husband signed and returned back to me his DS-3032. Then I noticed that he only signed his name in arabic and did not print his name in the roman alphabet. Is it ok to mail it to the NVC like this? And is it ok that I am the one forwarding it to them instead of him? He just signs the docs for me and asks me to write in all the other information. Do you think NVC will be ok with this or will this be a problem for us? He did email the NVC the DS-3032...

I have requested my tax transcripts for the last 3 years but I am afraid the IRS says it will be anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Should I just copy all my taxes for these years? I was trying to avoid copying all those docs and just send them the Tax Transcripts...any suggestions? I don't want to delay any more of our process by waiting for the transcripts to arrive.

Must we have a letter from our bank or is the bank statement showing our funds good enough?

Thank you all so much.

Liz it's going to be ok, the transcripts even though you ordered them I assume with the auto mated IRS, you can also request them to fax them to you as well to get them faster. As far as the bank statements is only needed if your not above the poverty guidelines and need to show additional funds. If you have had an ongoing job that keeps you above the poverty guidelines you will just need the 3 transcrips the I-864ez otherwise if getting a sponser it will be the I-864.

As far as the ds-3032 you can email the template from his email address, that you can find on james shortcuts a great format for that. And with the native name it is supposed to go in where just asked for that, my husband printed his signiture on the bottom of the form. Who knows though you may be ok. Just be ready for the 230 where it asks for his signiture on part one not part 2 that he will sign at the embassy at the time of interview. Also on page one of the 230 it asks for there native full name Question 3, and page 2 at the bottom that will be his signiture, I had my husband do his in english. Not sure if that really matters. Good luck to you.
