I/O has taken my I-94 card

During the interview the I/O was copying what ever she needed. Yesterday I was going through my evidence and papers for the 1st time since the interview which was 12 September. I noticed my I-94 Card is missing from my passport, I am assuming she removed it to photocopy it and forgot to give it back to me. What should I do?

Not necessarily. If they do retain it, chances are very likely that they have made up their mind to approve you and then onwards you wont be needing your I-94, but they dont do that always. It might even have slipped out of the passport and the AO doesn't even know of it. Secondly, if you get approved, you don't it anyway, and if you don't, then thats another problem to worry about :)
