Form I-134

If I only want to use income, do I only fill out the income blank? Or am I required to list assets or can I just leave them blank? (For I-864, it allows you to fill out only income if you meet the requirements, so not sure if it applies to the I-134 too?)

Also in the instructions, is the bank letter required, regardless of whether you use income or assets? (Not sure what is required because it also includes under letter D of supporting evidence: serial numbers and denominations of bonds...)

Since you filed a K petition you will use I-134. Leave assets blank if your income exceeds the requirement. Bring 3 years of tax transcripts, recent paystubs and W-2's or 1099's along with the signed I-134.

Everything ScottThuy said. PLUS bring your taxreturns for the last 3 years as well. It is better to be safe than sorry.

I have heard of people getting blue slip for one or the other.

I heard this also...I sent my husband a tax transcript, my copy of filed tax returns, and w-2s for 2005,2006,2007, AND 2008 ... but you only need 3 years...better to be safe than sorry...
