Our AOS petition was transferred to CSC last month. A brief look at VJ's processing times does not appear to include a category for these. As well, USCIS website only lists employment based I-485 timeframe.

Has anyone kept track of processing times for marriage-based petition transfers? Curious as to whether it does expedite the process.

If you click on "immigration timelines" and then on aos towards the bottom a new search will come up. Just click "yes" on the "show transfered cases only" option and the recent approvals will show up. It is taking 2-4 months (two months is the norm) after the transfer from what I can gather. Whether or not it speeds it up depends on how backed up your local office is. For some people it slows them down, for others it will speed it up.

Thank you, with a little playing around I was able to filter the cases and take a look at the processing times. From the statistics listed on VJ, this would be much faster than our local office, which has taken over 6 months to adjudicate.
