P3 Question

I'm on packet 3 I think. I was forwarded a letter via the mail which then told me to go to the following website: http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/visa/iv/iv_15.html

I've filled every document out on that page, however I am unsure which ones I send to the embassy address. Is it all of them or certain ones? The website doesn't make its self very clear.

It varies consulate to consulate. On the letter, it should tell you exactly which forms they require now and which you must take with you to the interview.

It doesn't actually, it just states that I must fill in the forms on the website. It doesn't specificly say which ones to send in. I'm assuming all but some clarification would be nice.

You need to send back all the forms listed on this website - DS-230 part 1, DS-156, DS-157, DS-156-K as well as IV-15 and the checklist.

The kicker is that you are also asked to bring evidence of your relationship, birth certificate, police certificate, etc (everything that applies to your case listed under the "Documents you are required to furnish" section of the page) to the interview, but you do not send that stuff in with the forms. Bring it on your interview date.

In the UK forum, people tend to advise that you gather the relationship evidence, birth certificate, police certificate and etc before you send back the forms, because sometimes these things can take time to gather, and you don't want to be scheduled for an interview before you have this stuff ready to go.
