Thank you guys for your inputs, I must respect each and every opinions you gave and they are truly helpful of recognizing my self as well. Somehow, the only concer I have is the "TIME" and the way my wife letting the atty do the tasks alone is giving me this feeling of she doesn't care that much with our case.

Just like Abby and Sheryl, I must agree with thier inputs, that's what I am trying to say. I have my work here in Saudi Arabia, though the weekend doesn't match with the weekends in the States, I have to file for vacation at least 1 day or more I f I need to process something, especially if I need to go to Riyadh.

I am working hard to make everything goes smoothly as possible to be with her as soon as possible but somehow, I don't feel that way towards her.

As previously mentioned, you can simply pay the fees and be done with it. But then there will still be the issue of how well your temperaments match -- putting things off can really upset an impatient spouse. As for me, "patience is a virtue" and it works for us. Pulling together all of the paperwork and documents for our AOS took some six weeks in my spare time, but the submission was 100% acceptable. In the rush to send it off, however, I miscalculated the amount of the fees and the halfway processed file came back in three weeks. Writing a new check and re-sending the file was a bit awkward...lol.
