Hi everyone. My wife and I are coming up for our 751 filing window. Oddly enough, we also received a reminder from the USCIS. This is pretty cool! Anyways, Would you guys mind taking a look at the evidence that we'll be submitting? Tell us what you think!

- Copy of Biographical Page of wife's passport.

- Copy of both sides of wife's greencard.

- Copy of approval notices of 485/130.

- 1040 Tax form for 2007 (jointly filed).

- 1040 Tax form for 2008 (jointly filed).

- Copies of bank statements from wedding until now.

(Included 1 full statement/4 months and the first page of all other statements)

- Copy of voided checks from our accounts (We have a second checking account that we pay bills from, but have not had it since our wedding. Should I include these statements too?)

- Letter from wife's work showing me as wife's 100% beneficiary of life insurance policy. ( I am the beneficiary of my wife's 401k, but her employer is fighting us on getting documentation on this. Do you think this is a problem? )

- Letter from my work showing that my wife is 100% beneficiary of my retirement plan (TSP).

- Copies of HIPAA forms we have on file with the doctor.

- Copy of our car insurance policy. Wife is listed, but excluded because she does not yet drive.

- Copy of our car title that we purchased together. Shows both names.

- Copies of credit cards.

- Copy of our health insurance cards.

- Copies of letter showing we have a joint dental insurance plan.

- Copies of condominium rentals for 2008 and 2009 vacations we took in Florida.

- Airline reservations for a 2008 trip we took to Europe.

=> Copies of all boarding passes (except one we misplaced).

=> Copies of the stamps that CBP put in our passports upon entry.

- A ton of Netflix envelopes with both of our names on it.

- Correspondence from our car insurance company addressed to both of us.

- Correspondence from the IRS addressed to both of us.

- Copy of a Christmas card sent from my wife's family, addressed to both of us.

- 2 Affidavits from friends.

- About 30 photos printed on standard paper. (They are small - Spread from the time we got married until present.)

01/29/08 -- AOS Interview - APPROVED!! [Verbally]

02/06/08 -- Welcome EMail Received

02/11/08 -- Card Production Ordered

02/19/08 -- Card Received!

11/05/09 -- Initial meeting with attorney to file Removal of Conditions

11/11/09 -- ROC sent by attorney

01/05/10 -- Biometrics Completed

02/16/10 -- Approval

Citizenship

06/13/11 -- N-400 sent by attorney.

06/24/11 -- NOA

07/15/11 -- Biometrics Completed

08/25/11 -- Interview APPROVED

08/31/11 -- Oath Taken! Now a US Citizen!

Passport

09/06/11 -- Passport Application submitted.

09/21/11 -- Passport Book Received!

09/23/11 -- Passport Card and Certificate of Naturalization received.

09/25/11 -- Life after USCIS begins.

Sept.12, 2009.....rcved interview letter

Oct. 19, 2009.....date of interview....passed!!!!!

Nov. 18, 2009.....Oath Ceremony...yahooooooooo!!!!!!!!!
