My wife applied I-130 petition for her mother and we need help with I-864 form (Affidavit of Support) and I-864 A ( Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member)

my wife didn’t worked in 2008 but during holidays she worked in 2007 and 2006.

We have filed Tax Return as Married joined in 2008, 2007 and 2006

So as per her W2s

2008 - she didn’t worked

2007 - her income was 550$,

2006 - her income was 487$

Basically my wife doesn’t have income so I am filing I-864A.

1. So whom income we need to put in I-864 Question 25 (which my wife need to complete as she is sponsor ) ?

her income ?

OR

Household income (her's and mine combined) ?

2. whom income we need to put in I-864 A Question 11 ?

mine ?

OR

Household income (her's and mine combined) ?

Your wife as the petitioner files the I-864 using only her income information on line 23. Your joint tax return is used.

You submit the I864A with only your income information using the same joint return.

You are listed on line 24b on the I864. Line 25 is the sum of both incomes.
