What do they look for in the Medical Exam?

What things do they test for?

I tried the search function and didn't find many answers.

it depends on where the person is getting the medical done / what country.

Generally they look for TB, HIV, Syphilis, drug abuse, alcohol abuse. They check your eyes and make sure all your shots are up to date.
