Hi I was wondering what forms does Packet 3 consist of ?

Also, the I-134, financial affidavit of support : do we have to send this form out with the Packet 3 to the consulate or we take it along with us to the Interview.

There is no way to reliably answer this question without you providing more information about your situation. Which consulate are you asking about? You can see information about each consulate in the Embassy Info section at the top of your page which usually lists such information.

Sorry, I have used the Search Forum section to search for info. on packet 3 and 4 but it say s'Error occurred' and won't let me search.

So could someone please tell me what's in the packet 3 and 4, so I can prepare? I have sent off for my police cert, long birth cert, filled out a DS-230 downloaded from the NVC site. Anything else I can do?

NVC will forward your case to the UK embassy/consulate. They will send you Packet 3. Includes a checklist with documents you will need at the interview and some forms to fill out. After returning the checklist/forms you will get Packet 4 with an interview appointment.

Packet 4 contents:

Appointment Letter

Instructions for interview/medical

Medical Questionnaire

Payment slip for £65 for visa processing

Hey guys, thanks a ton for all your answers. By the way, my consulate is at the one at Montreal. I looked it up and they do require I-134 to be mailed in with packet - 3. Anymore information is very welcome from you guys. Thank you once again !

Corrections, I apologize for my mistake. I read the web-link properly and it tells me that I-134, financial affidavit of support has to be carried along with you at the time of the interview, I stand corrected !
