AOS from a K3

Most of the discussion seems to be on AOS from a K1, but we are adjusting from a K3. On the I485 instructions, it mentions K1 visa holders submitting the vaccination supplement, but there is no mention of a specific instruction like this for the K3. I would like to hear from others who have adjusted status from a K3 and whether or not the vaccination supplement was required, mainly because they did not give my husband one with the sealed medical envelope.

if he already submitted his I-693 or vaccination record ,then they wont look for that.but, with my case,they gave me a copy of my vaccination record, it wasnt sealed,it was a regular paper. during my interview, i wasnt asked for that...

Everything is the same as a K1 accept no need AP.

The I-693 from a USCIS designated civil surgeon.

If the medical from ur country is less than 1 yr at time of application, then u only need to send in the supplement. u have to go to a civil surgeon to fill out the form here. u need to provide him the vaccination records. if u need more vaccination then u will need to have it done. the civil surgeon will then give the supplement on a sealed envelope to u in which u will include on ur AOS application. u probably will get a copy of the docs which u can bring to ur interview.
